The PCA will provide a list of times, locations, <br /> and quantity of barriers needed for the Festival area. <br /> (f) Provide the use of a fire hydrant for antique fire demonstration in the <br /> Festival area following the Parade on July 4 from approximately 12:00 <br /> noon until 5:00 pm. <br /> Police Department: <br /> (a) Extensive crowd and traffic control measures throughout the events. <br /> Community Development: <br /> (a) Access and use of Courthouse Square. <br /> (b) Use of the Marshall Street parking garage for handicap and vendor <br /> parking from 6:00 am on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 until 8:00 pm on <br /> Wednesday, July 4, 2012. <br /> 11. The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> (a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br /> (b) Post "No Parking" signs under the direction of the Police Department by <br /> 5:00 pm on June 30, 2012. <br /> (c) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br /> California State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated <br /> Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> 12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4t" of July parade, <br /> fun run, festival, and car show shall not be effectuated without the prior <br /> written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> 13.
