On February 19, 2003, the Regional Water Qualiiy Control Board, Sar� <br /> Francisco Bay Region, adopted Order R2-2003-002�, amending the San Mateo <br /> Countywide NPDES Municipal Stormwa�er Permit (Order 99-059, CAS0�29921} �he <br /> "NPDES Permit"; and <br /> B. Pro�ision C.3. of the NPDES Permit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> time to time, requires the permittee public agencies to pro��de mir�imum �erification and <br /> access assurances that al� treatment measures shall be aefequately aperated ar�d <br /> mainfained by entities responsible for the stormwater treatmen� measures; anc� <br /> C.
