6.1.J. - Page 34 <br /> includes all pipes, chann�ls or oth�r conveyances built to con�ey stormwater to #he <br /> t�eatment measure(s), as well as all structures, impro�ements, and vegeta�ior� provided <br /> to control the quantity and quality of the stormwater. Adequate mainfenance is herein <br /> defined as maintaining the described facilities in good working condition so that these <br /> facilities con#in�e to operate as originaliy desigr�ed and appro�ed. The maintenance <br /> plan shall include a detailed description of and schedule for long-�erm maintenance <br /> ,activities. <br /> 4. Sediment Mana ement. Sediment accumulation resuit'tng from the r�ormal <br /> operation of the stormwa�er treatment measure(s) relating to the Property will be managed <br /> appropriately by the Property Owner. The Properly Owner will pro�ide for the removal and <br /> disposal of accumu[a#ed sediments relating to the Proper�y. Disposal of accumulated <br /> sediments shall not occur on the Property, unless ir� compliance with all applicable laws. <br /> Any disposal or removal of accumulated sediments or debris sha11 �e in compliance with all <br /> federal, s�ate and local law ar�d regulatior�s. <br /> 5. Annual Inspec�ion and Report. The Property Owr�er shall, on an annual basis, <br /> complefe the Treafiner�t Meas�re Operation and Main#enance Inspection Repo�. The <br /> Annual Repor� shall i�clude ali completed Inspection and Maintenar�ce Checklists for the <br /> repor�ing period ar�d sha[I be submitt�d to th� City in order to verify tha� inspection ar�d <br /> mainter�ance of the applicable stormwater treafiner�t measure{s) have �een cond�cted <br /> pursuar�t to t�is Agreemen�. The Annual Report shall be submitted no later thar� <br /> December 31 of each year, under penalty of perjury, to Office of the City Engineer, 1017 <br /> Middle field Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 or anot�er member of the City staff as <br /> direc#ed by the City. The Property Owner shall pro�ide in the Annual Report a record of <br /> fhe vol�me of all accumulated s�diment remoued as a result af the treatment <br /> measure(s). The Property Owner shal� conduct a minimum of one (1) annual inspection of <br /> the stormwater treatment measure{s} before the we# season. This inspection shall occur <br /> between August 1S� and October 1St each year. More freq�ent inspections may be <br /> required. The results af inspecfions shall be recorded on the An�ual lnspection Report. <br /> 6. Necessarv Chanqes and Modifications. At its sole expense, th� Prop�rty Owt�er <br /> shali mafce char�ges or modifications to fihe s#ormwa�er treatment measure(s) andlor may <br /> be determined as reasor�ably necessary by #he Ci�y to er�sure thafi treatmen# measures <br /> are properiy maintained pursuant to fhe requirements of this Agreement and confinue to <br /> operate as originally designed ar�d appro�ed. <br /> 7. Access to the Propertv. The Property Own�r hereby grants permission ta the City; <br /> the San F'rar�cisco Bay Regiona! Water {�uality Control Board (Regional Board); the San <br /> Mateo County Mosquito A�atement Distric# {Mosqui�o Abatement District), and their <br /> aut�orized agents and employees to enter at �he sole cost of the City or agency lis#ed <br /> aboue upon the Property at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner to inspect, <br /> assess or obseNe the s�ormwater treatmenf ineas�re{s) in order to ensure that treatment <br /> measures are bei�g proper�y maintained ar�d are continuing to perForm in an ad�quafe <br /> manner to profeet water quality and the public health and safety.
