The City may request the Property Owner to <br /> pro�ide a performance bond, security, or other appropriate financial assurance pro�iding <br /> for the mair�ter�anee of t�e stormwater treatment measure(s} pursuant to the City's <br /> ordinances, g�aidelines, criteria or written direction. <br /> 13. Transfer of Propert�. This Agreem�nt shall rur� wi�1� the title to f�e land and any <br /> partion thereof. T�e Proper#y Owner further agrees whene�er the P�operty or any <br /> portion thereof is held, sold, con�eyed or ot�erwise transferred, ifi shall be subject to this <br /> Agreement which sha�l apply to, bind and be obligatory to all present ar�d subsequent <br /> ow�ers of the Property or any po�tian #hereof. <br /> 14. Notices.
