6.1.J. - Page 37 1�. Jurisdiction and Venue. Any ac�ion at law or in equity brought by either of the Parties for the purpose of enfarcing a right or rights provided for by this Agreement wilf be �ried in a court af competer�t jurisdiction in the County of San Ma�ea, State af California, and the Parties wai�e all pro�isior�s of law pro�iding for a cha�ge of venue in these proceedings to any other county. 16. Paraqrap_h__ Headinqs. Paragraph headings as used herein are for convenience only and will not be deemed to be a �art of suc� paragraphs and will not be construed to change fhe meanir�g thereof. 17. Entire A�re�ment. This Agreement, together wit� any other wri#ten document referred to or contemplated by ifi, along with the �urchase order for this Agreement and its pro�isions, embody the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to #he subjecf matter of it. Neither this Agreemen� nor any of i#s pro�isions may be amended, modified, waived ar discharged exeept in a writir�g sigr�ed by both par#ies. 18. Severabilitv. The pror�isions of this Agreement shail be severa�le ar�d if ar�y phrase, clause, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivisian, senfence or pro�ision is adjudged i�valid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, or #he applicabi{ity to any Property Owner is he[d En�alid, t�is shall not affect or invalidate the remair�der of any phrase, clause, section, subsection, parag�aph, sta�dir�ision, sentence or provision of this Agreement. 19. Co�enar�t Runninq with �he Land. This Agreement wi�l be recorded by #he Ci�y in the County Recorder`s Office of fhe Cour�ty of San Mateo, California at the Property Owner's expense. The cavenants and agreements contained herein shal[ be deemed to be eo�er�ants rtanning with Tifle to the land for the benefit of the Gity and its successors. 20. Release of Aqreement. In the er�ent tha� the City determir�es fhat the stormwa�er trea�ment measures locatecf on the Property are no lot�ger required, then the City, at the request of the Property Owner shall execute a release of this Agreemen�, which the Property Owner shal! record in the County Reeorder`s Office af the Property Owr�er`s exper�se. The City reser�es the option to record such release of this Agreement.
