This determination is based, in part, on the Final EIR, the stafF reports ar�d attachments prepared for the Plan�ing Commission hearings on the Proje�t and the staff report and attachments prepared for the Ciry Council on the Praj�ct and these appeals, each of which is it�eorporated herein by reference. Accordi�gly, the appea! is der�ied and the Planning Commission's Dec�mber 13, 20'i 1 actions are upheld as madified by the City Council. 2. The City Cauncil has considered the Fin�l EfR for the Praject, and the Fina� EIR reflects the City Councii's independ�nt judgment. 3. The City Cour�cii affirms and adopis �he CEQA Findings of �act, the Mitigativn Monitoring and Reparting Plan, and the Statement of O�erriding Cansiderations prerrio�sly aclopted by the Planning Cammission in Resolution No. 11- 07 {A Resolution of the Planning Cammission of the City of Redwood City Certifying the Final En�ironmentaf Impact Repart for the 258a Ef Camino Reaf Residential Project; Adoptir�g CEQA Findings af Fac#; Adopting a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporking Plan; and Adopting a Statement af 4verriding Considerativns, All in accordance with the Requ�rernents af the Cal�fornia Enviranmental Quality Act). 4.
