<br /> IVlonitoring and Reporting P�an, and adopting a Statement of Overriding Considerations;
<br /> adopted Res4fufian No. 11-08, conditionally approving Planned Deve�opmen# Permit
<br /> PD2010-01 and recfuction of Guest Parking Spaces, based on the findings set farth ir�
<br /> the Resolution and sub�ec# ta the Conditions of Apprvval listed there�n, and adopted

<br /> Comm�ssion actions was filed by Diana Reddy on behalf of the Redwood Gity Local

<br /> � WHEREAS, or� �ebruary 8, 20�2, Developer offered to provide fve {5) Projeet
<br /> units, comprised of four (4} one-bedroom units and ane (1} two-bedroom uni#, as below�

<br /> WHEREAS, an February 13, 201 Z, the Gouncil held a p�blic hearing, duly
