PWD will setup and remove appropriate signs, barricades, and traffic cones. <br /> Access to the County Jail during the parade <br /> The access route to the County Jail through the Parade lineup area will be from <br /> Veterans at Brewster, Brewster to Winslow, down Winslow to the County <br /> building entrance. <br /> Equestrian Units <br /> Equestrian units generally complete the parade route and leave the area <br /> immediately. The exit route for these units will be from Fuller Street to Allerton, <br /> across Brewster to Howland, Howland to Winslow to Whipple. <br /> Handicap Viewing <br /> Handicap access parade viewing will be available on the north side of the <br /> intersection of Marshall and Jefferson.
