Setup barricades on both sides of Broadway between <br /> Winslow and Arguello and also on the north and east sides of the Broadway/Winslow <br /> intersection. <br /> Provide letter to State Alcohol Beverage Control to allow PCA to obtain a permit for <br /> the sale of beer and wine. <br /> Notify all businesses that sell alcoholic beverages in the downtown area of their <br /> responsibility to comply with the conditions of their ABC permits. <br /> Provide needed electrical distribution connections in the Courthouse Square area to <br /> support PCA festival food vendor operations. <br /> Provide electrical connections to support PCA beverage sales booth (in the area of <br /> Theatre Way and Broadway) <br /> Provide a lighted highway sign on the north side of the Broadway/Winslow <br /> intersection to advise parade entries they are about to enter a narrow street. <br /> Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade route, Lineup area, and other <br /> traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department. The PCA will <br /> work with the Police Department and Public Works to provide a list of times, <br /> locations, and quantity of barricades needed for the Parade and Lineup area. <br /> Provide two (2) temporary "No Left Turn" signs for use on Whipple Ave. <br /> Provide two street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick up <br /> horse droppings along the Parade Route and the designated horse lineup areas. <br /> For the safety of parade entries, remove the "pedestrian crossing" signs from the <br /> middle of the street on Main, Middlefield, and Winslow. <br /> The Arts & Crafts Festival <br /> The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on July 4th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The <br /> Festival may include: <br /> The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent <br /> coordinator. The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected <br /> commercial vendors and local community service organizations. A concert provided by <br /> college bands and other groups that participated in the parade. A children's <br /> entertainment area with a stage and seating area.
