Open the gates at the Marshall Street parking <br /> structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until normal operations on July 5. <br /> Street sweeping of the Festival area at approximately 7:00 PM after the Festival has <br /> closed on July 4. It is requested that street sweeping in the Festival area not begin <br /> until 7:00 PM to allow vendors to complete their breakdown and leave the area. <br /> Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Festival areas, and other traffic <br /> diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department.
