Although said <br />impacts cannot fully be mitigated, changes or <br />alterations have been, or shall be, included <br />in the Project which lessen the significant <br />environmental effects of anticipated traffic <br />flows from the Project. Both short-term and <br />long-term impacts shall be addressed as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Short term impacts shall be mitigated by <br /> providing, without limitation, the <br /> following improvements: <br /> <br /> a). Signal controls at the <br /> intersections of Marine Parkway <br /> with Island Drive and Shell Drive. <br /> <br /> b). Roadway improvements to segments of <br /> Bridge Parkway and Island Drive <br /> (both on and off-site improvements) <br /> as described in the 1994 Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> c).
