DES:dft /21/95 (007/12) <br /> <br /> (6) Impacts relating to public services and <br /> facilities have been, or shall be, <br /> mitigated by the payment of $1.6 million <br /> to GID 1-64 and by pertinent provisions <br /> of the 1995 Development Agreement. <br /> <br /> (7) Impacts relating to fire services shall <br /> be reduced to an acceptable level by <br /> requiring the installation of sprinklers <br /> in buildings and otherwise requiring the <br /> construction thereof in accordance with <br /> provisions of the City's Fire Code <br /> current at the time of such <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> (8) Recreation impacts relating to the <br /> Project shall be mitigated and reduced <br /> to an acceptable level by the <br /> integration of public recreation, park <br /> and shoreline facilities into the <br /> Project. <br /> <br /> (9) Energy impacts of the Project shall be <br /> mitigated and reduced to an acceptable <br /> level by conformance of the Project with <br /> pertinent provisions of Title 24, <br /> <br /> California Code of Regulations, <br /> governing such matters. <br /> <br />g. Approval of the 1995 Development Agreement <br />for the Project allows the occurrence of <br /> <br /> certain significant effects identified in the <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
