The aforesaid agreement, a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, tD which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the City Manager and President of the Board of Directors of <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, are hereby authorized to <br />execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, respectively, for <br />and on behalf of the City and District. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Pursuant to CEQA and, specifically, the <br />provisions of 14 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 15094, the <br />Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to file a <br />notice of determination with respect to the approval granted <br />hereby. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days after its adoption; provided that upon becoming effective, <br />the City Clerk shall submit a certified copy of this ordinance <br />and of the fully executed agreement approved hereby to the <br />Recorder, County of San Mateo, California, for recordation in the <br />Official Records of said County. <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
