CONSULTANT will respond to City comments on the Administrative draft EIR and <br /> submit a Draft EIR ready for public circulation. CONSULTANT shall provide City with an <br /> electronic MSWord pre-print file of the document for final City approval before the <br /> document is printed. CONSULTANT will provide 10 paper copies of the EIR, 15 CDs for <br /> mailing to the State Clearinghouse and 2 CDs for City use. <br /> CONSULTANT shall provide the City with one electronic copy of a Notice of Completion <br /> and Notice of Availability. <br /> Task 3. Preparation of the Final EIR <br /> 3.1 Admin Draft Final EIR <br /> At the close of the public review period, CONSULTANT shall review all oral and written <br /> comments received on the Draft EIR and prepare written responses in collaboration with <br /> City Planning staff. City will provide CONSULTANT with written transcript of oral <br /> comments received at the public hearing(s). <br /> The Final EIR will contain an introduction, all comments received during the public <br /> review period, written responses to each comment, and text edits shown in �+I�ee�t <br /> and underline. <br /> 3.2 Final EIR <br /> CONSULTANT shall respond to City comments on the Administrative draft Final EIR <br /> and submit the Final EIR. CONSULTANT shall provide City with an electronic MSWord <br /> pre-print file for final City approval before the document is printed. <br /> CONSULTANT shall provide one electronic copy of a Notice of Determination for City to <br /> file with San Mateo County. CONSULTANT will file the NOD with the State <br /> Clearinghouse. <br /> Task 4. Prepare Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP) <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare a draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> (MMRP) for the project that will include mitigation measures presented in the IS/MND as <br /> well as the EIR. The monitoring program will identify responsibility, timing, funding, and <br /> reporting of mitigation measures identified in the EIR. <br /> Task 5. Meetings and Hearings <br /> CONSULTANT shall participate in two team meetings/ conference calls and attend finro <br /> public hearings.
