BusinessTrak Implementation and Training - OPTIONAL ITEM CITY may, at its sole discretion, request CRW to deduct all work related to implementation, setup and training for the BusinessTrak module. This option may be exercised up to 45 days following contract execution. If CITY selects this Option to Deduct BusinessTrak implementation and training, then a fee of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($ 6,500) will be deducted from the Total Project Cost. In this event, the revised Total Project Cost will be One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Dollars ($ 188,000). Interactive Voice Response (IVR) CRW shall serve a general vendor for selection of and installation of Interactive Voice Response System through appropriate sub-vendor. CRW shall be responsible for all payments to IVR sub-vendor. CITY shall request all upgrades, modifications and additional services for IVR system through CRW. CITY agrees to coordinate all IVR-related system questions, upgrades and modifications through CRW and not through IVR sub-vendor. Annual Maintenance and Technical Support No Charge for first twelve (12) months following installation. $ 12,500 per year for first two years - TrakIt software $ 6,000 per year for first two years - IVR hardware and software $ 15,000 per year for next two years - TrakIt software $ 8,000 per year for next two years - IVR hardware and software Post Implementation Audit - OPTIONAL ITEM CITY may, at its sole discretion, request CRW to conduct a Post Implementation Audit and follow-up User Training. This service will include one week (5 days) on-site. CITY may request this optional service at any time up to one year from date of deployment (PermitTrak go-live).
