Final EIR: The City's E1R consultant also prepared a First Amendmer�t to the Draft Focused Enviror�mental Impact Report for the Finger Aven�e Nine Lof Planned Development Project tFirst Amendment to DEIR). The First Amendment #o DEIR contains minor text corrections and writ#en responses to oomments from the public and respoRSible agencies provided during the 45 day public review periad on the Draft EIR. The First Amendment to DEIR and the Draft EIR together cons#itute the Fina! Environmental Impact Report for the Finger Avenue Nine Lot Plar�ned Development Praject (Final E�R). None of the input received from tF�e public and responsible agency identifies new impacts or char�ges the analysisl outcomes of the Draft EIR. The mitigation measures contained in the EIR will be incorporated in#o the cond+tions of approval for the Project to avoid or substantialfy lessen significant environmeRtaf efFects. Therefore, no ft�rther analysis is required and tF�ere is no need to recirculate a revised EIR with new information. Public Notification The hearing notice and Finaf EIR w�re made availab�e to the public 12 days prior to the �lune 19, 2012 Planning Commission F�earing. The notice was published in the Redwood City Darly News, posted on tf�e City's websi#e, mailed to OPR, responsible agenc�es, all parties o# the Settlement Agreement, all parties that provided written responses to the Draft EfR, interested indi�iduals and an expanded list of property owners and tenants within a 500 (vs. required 30Q') foot radius of the site. The Fir�ai EIR was also mailed to OPR, parties of #he Settlement Agreement and all parties that provided written responses to the Draft EIR. Future Steps Assuming the Planning Commission #akes action at this meeting, it is anticipated fhat, the City Council will hold a public hearing or� ,luly 9, 2012 or sometime in AugustlSeptember to consider certifica#ion of the Final EIR and conditional approva! of fhe PlanRed De�elopment Permit and Vesting Tentative Map. ALTERNATIVES 7. Do not certify the Final Ef R and disapprove the Project. 2. Certity th�e Final EIR and approve one of the EIR Project Alternatives. 3.
