Prior to installation, the develaper shall enter into a �treambed Alteration <br /> Agreement with the CA Department of Fish and Game {if determined necessary <br /> by CA DFG). 'The deve�oper shail implement one af the following measures <br /> iden�ified in the Technica] Reference ta help stabilize creek banks: <br /> �_ "The mast effective and risk free channe] impravement is to re- <br /> vegeta#e stream banlcs with wi�lows, cottonwoods, dogwood and <br /> ninebark.�� <br /> 2. Brush Matting - cut ends of wiliaws are pushed into the ground <br /> where they then root. The stems are wired down onto tl�e stream <br /> banlc with wood stalces cut from lumber and wire.
