-32- <br /> 8.A. - Page 121 <br /> Facts in Support of Finding: Implementation of MM HAZ — 2 wonld ensure that any <br /> canstzuction materials ciassified as hazardous materials would be safely hand�ea <br /> by construction personnel and that any accidental spills are containea and cleaned <br /> up, as described in Appendix C of the Draft EIR, {Finger Avenue Nine-Lot <br /> Planned Development Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, November <br /> 2008, pages 40-43), which is hereby incorparated by reference. <br /> H dralo and Water uali <br /> impact: Impact HYD —5: The project wouid increase the amount of impervious surfaces <br /> on the project site, thereby increasing the amount of urban runoff to Cordilleras <br /> Creek and San Francisco Bay. <br /> Mitigation: MM HI'D — 5: The project develaper shall implement a stormwater drainage <br /> plan during construction and post-construction, approved by the City in <br /> conformance with agpiicable state and federal requirements. Prior to submittal of <br /> a grading permit to the City Engineer for review and approval, or such other site <br /> improvement permit that is a requisite prior to tl�e start of project site grading, #he <br /> applicant shall prepare a Starmwater PoIlution Prevention Plan {SWPPP) that is <br /> consistent with appricable requirements and regulations.
