The post-construction starmwa#er marragement plan shall include and identify t�e fo(lowing: (i) All proposed impervious surface on the site; and (ii) Anticipated direc#iona� flows of ar�-site stormwater runofF; and (iii) Site design meas�res to red�ace the amount of Fmpervious surface area and directly connected imperrrious surfaces; and (iv}Source control meastxres to limit the potentiaf for stormwater pollutiorr; and (v) Stormwater treatment measures to remove pallutants from stormwater runoff; and (vi)Hydromodification management measures so �hat post-project stormwater runoff does r�a# exceed the flow and duration of pre- project runoff, if required under the NPDES permit. b. The tollowing additional information shall be s�bmitted with fhe post- construction stormwater managemen# plan: {i) Detailed hydraulic sizing calculations #or each stormwater treatment measure proposed; and (ii} Pollutant removal information demanstrating that ar�y proposed manufactured/ mechar�ical (i.e. non-landscape-based} s#ormwater treatment measure, when r�ot used in combination with a landscape-based #reatment meas�re, is capabfe of removing the range af pollutants typically removed by landscape-based treatment measures and/or the range of pollutants expected to be generated by fhe project. c. AI! proposed stormwater treatment measures shall incorpora#e appropriate planting materials for stormwa#er treatment {for landscape- �ased treatment measures} and shall be des+gned with considerations for vector/mosquito control. Proposed planting materials for all proposed landscape-based stormwater treatment measures shall be included on the landscape ar�d irrigation plan for the projec#. The applicant is no# requi�ed to include on-site stormwater treatme�� measures in the post-cor�struc#ion stormwater management plan if he ar she secures appro�al from the City Engineer of an alternative proposal that demonstrates compliance wit� t�e requiremeRts af the Provision C.3 of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System {NPDES) permit issued to #he San Mateo Cauntywide Clean Water Program.
