The applicant shal� s�bmit with the <br /> application for a btailding permit (or other construction-related permit} a <br /> completed Construction-Permit-Phase Sformwater Supplernentaf Form #o the <br /> Building Official. The project drawings submitted for the building permit {or <br /> other constructior�-related permit) st�aH contain a storrnwater marragement <br /> plan, for re�iew a�nd appro�al by tf�e City's Engineering Di�ision, to mar�age <br /> stormwater run-off and to limit the discfiarge of pollu#an#s in stormwater after <br /> constructian of the project to the maximum extent practicabfe. <br /> a.
