The #ollowing additional information shall be submitted with #he post- construction stormwater mar�agement plan: {i} Detailed hydraul�c sizing calculations far each stormwater treatment measure proposed; and (ii) Poilutar�t removal information demonstrating t�at any proposed manufactured/ mechanical (i.e. non-landscape-based) stormwater treatment measure, when not used ir� comb�nation with a landscape-based treatme�t measure, is capable of remo�ing the range of pollutants typicafly remo�ed by fandscape-based trea#ment measures and/or th� range of pollutan#s expected to be generated by the project. c. All proposed stormwater#reatment measures shall incorporate apprapriate planting materials for stormwater treatment (for landscape-based #reatment measures} and shafl be designed with consideratiorrs for ►rectarlmosquito control. Praposed planting materials for all proposed landscape-based stormwater treatment measures shaf I be included on the landscape and irrigatior� plan for the proj�ct. The applica�t is not required to inc�ude on-site stormwater treatment measures in the pos#-construcfion stormwa#er managemer�t plan i� �e or she secures approval from the City Er�gineer of an alfernative proposal tha# demonstrates compfiance with the requirements of the Provision C.3 vf the National Pollutant Discharge Elimina#ion System (NPDES) permit issued to the San Mateo Countywide Clean Water Program. d. Applicant shalf enter into a Stormwater Trea#ment Measures Maintenance Agreement, in accordance with Provision C.3.e of the NPDES permit, which agreement shall provide, among other#hing, that: (f) The applicant accepts responsibility for the adequate instaliation/ cor�struction, operatian, maintenance, inspection, and reporting of any on-site stormwater treatment measures being incorporated in#o tF�e project until the responsibility is IegaNy transferred to another entity; and (ii) The ap�licant provides and ensures legal access to the on-site stormwater treatment measures for representatives of the City, the iocal vector cantro� district, and s#aff of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Sar� Francisco Region, tor the pucpose of verifying the imptementation, operation, and maintenance of the on-site 5tormwater trea#ment measures and taking corrective action if necessary.
