Additionally, the sign shall incfude a phone number of the applicant's designated contact for campiaints about problems with the constrtaction acti�ity. 38.Applicant shall be responsibfe for the cos# of repairs ta any improvements within the public right-of-way t�at are damaged during canstruction. The applicant shall submit documentatior� of the existing condition of Finger A�enue from the westerly extent of the project site to fhe intersection of Finger A�eRUe and EI Camino Real and the public improvements along the project's fronfage, including but not limited to trees, tree grates, signs, ligh# poles, drainage inle#s, curbs, gutters, etc. to #he satisfactio� of tf�e Ci#y Engineer prior to issuance of a grading or �uilding permit. This survey shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval.
