OR fhe private roadway entering from Finge� Aven�e, #he development shall have a sign posted which clearly advises that there shall be no parking, stopping, or standing allowed along the roadway. 51.The water system serving the project site shall provide the needed fre flow requirement of not less thar� 1,000 galfons per minute, with a minim�am res�dual pressure of 20 paur�d per square inch for the d�ration of at least two hours, in accordance with #he IRtematiar�al Fire Code Apper�dix B. 52.TF�e project shali meet afl ather necessary Engineering, Fire and Buifding Department conditions of approval. 53.Applicant shal! comply with al! State and Federal regulatians applicable to the Praject. 54.The Vesting Tentafive Map shall expire twenty-four (24) months from #he date the map was conditionalfy appro�ed by the Plar�ning Commission ur�less the Finaf Map has been recorded in accordance w�th R�dwood City Municipa! Code Section 30.45. As pro�ided for in RCMC Sectior� 30.66, the applicant may request ar� extenston af the expiration date for this Tentative Map appro�af by filing a written application with the Planning Manager at least forty five (45) days befvre the condi#ional approval is due to expire. The application sf�all state the reasons for requesting the extension. In grar�ting the extension, new conditions for approval of #he tenfative map may be imposed ar�d exist�ng conditions may be revised. Extens�ons shall not exceed a total of twa (2} years. 55. In compfiance with RCMC Section 30.89, eapon completion of the construcfion of all improvements, the ap�licant shall amend #he improrrement pla�s to show impro�ements "as buitt." Such "'as built" plans shall be on suitable reproducible material. Upon recetpt of the "as built" pfans, the Director of Public Works shall recommend formal acceptance of the impravements by #he Council when he is fully satisfied that tF�ey have been installed in complete conformance with the pro�isions of this Chapter and with the "as built" plans. 56.
