OR fhe private <br /> roadway entering from Finge� Aven�e, #he development shall have a sign <br /> posted which clearly advises that there shall be no parking, stopping, or <br /> standing allowed along the roadway. <br /> 51.The water system serving the project site shall provide the needed fre flow <br /> requirement of not less thar� 1,000 galfons per minute, with a minim�am res�dual <br /> pressure of 20 paur�d per square inch for the d�ration of at least two hours, in <br /> accordance with #he IRtematiar�al Fire Code Apper�dix B. <br /> 52.TF�e project shali meet afl ather necessary Engineering, Fire and Buifding <br /> Department conditions of approval. <br /> 53.Applicant shal! comply with al! Such "'as built" plans shall be on suitable <br /> reproducible material. Upon recetpt of the "as built" pfans, the Director of <br /> Public Works shall recommend formal acceptance of the impravements by <br /> #he Council when he is fully satisfied that tF�ey have been installed in complete <br /> conformance with the pro�isions of this Chapter and with the "as built" plans. <br /> 56.
