Mature trees identified in the current Kielty arborist report were also added to the model, using tnodeled trees provided from the Google 3D Warehouse that correspond to tne specific species listed in those reports.Trees were scaled to match the height/spread of the actual trees as reported by Kietty and placed onto t�e model at the locations indicated on the aeveloper's Vesting Tentative Map (existing conditions). For the proposed project model,trees to be removed were removed from the model,and trees to he moved were moved to locations shown on the most recent VTM. Trees designated"at risk"by Planning Staff in 2009 were left in the proposed madel,even though the survrvahility of those trees were questioned by staff. In additian to the specific mature trees on the site, additional vegetation was added on Finger Ave,that is pertinent ta the current streetscape—eg. street trees on Finger Ave.,and the street-fronting hedges in front of SO and 90 Finger. No other vegetatian elements were added ta either the existing or praposed model. Appropriate fencing and vehicles/people,were also added to the model to help provide a sense of scale ta the model views. Resulting Simulations—existing vs.propased Candit�ons as viewea from Finger Ave. The following figures show selected before and after simulations of the existing and propased conditions as viewed from pedestrian vantage points on Finger Ave.All images are perspective views from eye leveZ (5'b"height) of someone standing on the sidewalks on Finger Ave. Field of view is 45°.
