What is irnpartant asstnetical�y about iny neighborhood is the semiwivral character of the north side oFFingerAvenue, with many homes set far back from the street. The appearance of �a�•ge amounts of open space with rnature,old growth trees,provides � striking backdrop ta the hames. The contrast between tl�e north side af Finger Avenue and its sou#h side, with its irz�any qUaint,early 20�h century bunga�ows and cvttages, is something that's uiuque to Redw�od City and treasured by its resfdei2ts, Examples of lsow the Finger Aveuue Proj�ct signif cantly degrades the aesthetics of our neighborhoad are: • Constr�ctian of two hauies with wide two-story facades set back the minimum aIlowable distance from the street.
