Nowhere in our
neighborhood are houses situated in tliis fasnion.
• A deveapment this densely packed is incompatile with the presence of large
matzre trees on the site, TYte eventua2 toss nf these trees will be irreversible.
• The breakup of the norkh side of Finger Ave. by creating two new intersecCians.
Te narrow afeyway built for the deVelapment fals to iategrate wftFinger
Avenue by not having a sidewalk or planYing strip against the roadway,
• The one-way aIleyway witl require street signs on Fnger Ave to direct traffic,
furthe•rompromising the charactex•of the nortlside of the street,
The overall mass and scale of this development is competey out of ptace fn ar
neighborhood, out of character for the north side ofinger Avenne and it wi71 only lead
Co further degradation of the unique character and qualfty of our street,
Name i c6V1if`
 i,Lr
Address DaCe ry
