The other property under the <br />City's jurisdiction is located at 1090 Lakeview Way, adjacent to the subject property. <br />Environmental Assessment: As required by the California Environmental Quality Act <br />'CEQA), Planning staff has prepared an environmental assessment to determine <br />what environmental impacts, if any, would be generated by the proposed re- zoning. <br />The Planning Commission has concluded that the proposed re- zoning itself will not <br />have a significant effect on the environment. However, if the property is subdivided <br />and developed, the applicant would be required to implement certain mitigation <br />measures in order to reduce potential environmental impacts that might result from <br />the development of a new residence.
