�v-C -23 all other remedies available to the City and the Agency under this Agreement or as a matter of law. The parties acknowledge and agree that the City and the Agency may exercise any and all legal and equitable remedies available to them under the laws of the State of California to enable them to exercise their rights hereunder and to enforce the provisions of this Agreement including, but not limited to, those which are contained in this Section 13 and /or the Deed of Trust. C. The Participating Owner further agrees to pay upon written demand of the City and /or the Agency all reasonable costs, fees and expenses of the City and /or the Agency including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees, court costs and costs attributable to City and /or Agency staff time, incurred in connection with any enforcement by the City or the Agency of its rights under this Agreement or its attachments, or the seeking of any remedies legally available to the City and the Agency related to this Agreement. d. In the event the City or the Agency breaches any of its covenants or obligations under this Agreement, the Participating Owner may exercise all legal and equitable remedies available to the Participating Owner under the laws of the State of California. e. The parties to this Agreement agree and acknowledge that the exercise of any remedy by the City or the Agency under this Agreement or any applicable law will not limit, cancel or invalidate the Affordability Covenants and /or the Redevelopment Covenants. Section 14. Limitation on City and Agency Obligations. The City and the Agency shall have no obligation or commitment to provide any form of financial assistance to the Participating Owner in connection with the Property or the completion of the Project, except the Public Assistance as specifically provided in this Agreement. Section 15. Notices. All notices and demands of any kind which any party hereto may be required or entitled to serve upon any other party under the terms of this Agreement shall be served in writing on such other party by personal service of such notice or demand at the address hereinafter set forth, whereupon service shall be deemed complete and notices and demands shall be deemed to have been received on the date of such personal service; or by mailing a copy thereof by certified or registered mail, K!
