Green <br />If to the <br />Participating Owner: <br />In case of service by mail, service shall be deemed complete and <br />notices and demands shall be deemed to have been received at the <br />expiration of the third business day after the date of mailing, <br />notwithstanding any other date for receipt set forth on any return <br />receipt or the failure of any party to receive a return receipt. <br />The addresses to which notices and demands may be delivered or sent <br />may be changed from time to time by service of notice as <br />hereinabove provided by any party upon the other party. <br />Section 16. Applicability of Laws and Litigation <br />Costs This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of California. Should any <br />action be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction, the <br />prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to reimbursement <br />by the other party for all reasonable attorney's fees, court costs <br />and other costs related to such litigation. <br />Section 17. Nondiscrimination and Related Covenants. <br />The Participating Owner agrees that the covenants set forth in this <br />Section 17 shall bind it, for itself and its successors and <br />assigns, and all subsequent holders of any interest in the <br />15 <br />
