G-C-2q <br />f. The work of the redevelopment of the Property or <br />part or parts thereof as provided in this Agreement shall be <br />implemented as intended by this Agreement. This covenant shall <br />continue until the Certificate of Completion is issued. <br />g. There shall be no discrimination against or <br />segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, <br />color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin or <br />ancestry in the development, construction, sale, lease, sublease, <br />transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Property, the <br />Project, or any interest to be conveyed therein, nor shall the <br />Participating Owner or any grantees or any persons claiming under <br />or through the Participating Owner establish or permit any such <br />practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with <br />reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of <br />tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees in the Property <br />or the Project. This covenant shall remain in effect without <br />limitation as to time. <br />h. After the satisfactory completion of the Project in <br />compliance with this Agreement, the Property shall be devoted to <br />the uses specified in this Agreement, consistent with the <br />Redevelopment Plan and shall not, in whole or in part, be devoted <br />to any other use or used for any other purposes except as may be <br />approved by the City and Agency in writing in advance. This <br />covenant shall remain in effect for the life of the Redevelopment <br />Plan, as extended from time to time. <br />i. The Property and the Project shall be subject to the <br />Affordability Covenants, which will remain in effect for a period <br />of fifty five (55) years from the date of the issuance of the <br />Certificate of Completion. The Participating Owner will annually <br />provide the City and Agency with evidence reasonably satisfactory <br />to the City and the Agency of the Participating Owner's compliance <br />with applicable affordability requirements, as such requirements <br />may exist from time to time. <br />j. All of the foregoing agreements and covenants shall <br />run with the land, and shall inure to the benefit of and be <br />enforceable by the City and the Agency, and its successors and <br />assigns. <br />k. The covenants set forth in this Section 17 shall run <br />in favor of the City and the Agency for the entire period during <br />which such covenants are to remain in force in accordance with the <br />_9 <br />
