This scope assumes that no comments are received that require <br /> additional technical analysis. If additional time or technical analysis is required to <br /> respond to the comments, it can be provided as an extra work task, on a time and <br /> materials basis, in accordance with the attached fee schedule. <br /> One (1) electronic copy of the Administrative Draft FEIR (ADFEIR) will be submitted to the <br /> City for review. The ADFEIR will be revised per the comments received, and a PDF copy <br /> of the "Screencheck" FEIR will be prepared. Once the City approves the "Screencheck" <br /> FEIR, Consultant will reproduce up to 25 copies of the FEIR and deliver it to the City for <br /> distribution. A PDF copy of the FEIR will also be provided to the City in PDF format for <br /> posting on the City's website. <br /> 7.0 MITIGATION MONITORING OR REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> A Mitigation Monitoring or Reporting Program (MMRP) will be prepared for the project, <br /> consistent with the level of project information detail available. The MMRP will <br /> summarize the mitigation measures identified for all significant impacts, the responsible <br /> implementation agency, the monitoring phase, and the enforcement or monitoring <br /> agency. The Administrative Draft MMRP will be submitted for review to the City with the <br /> Administrative Draft FEIR. Upon revision, a PDF copy of the MMRP will be provided to <br /> the City for printing and posting on the City's website. <br /> 8.0 NOTICES AND FINDINGS <br /> Except for the NOP, this scope of work does not include preparing notices (e.g., Notice of <br /> Official Action, Notice of Determination, etc.). Nor does this Scope of Work include <br /> preparing Findings required under CEQA Section 15091 or a Statement of Overriding <br /> Considerations pursuant to CEQA Section 15093 (if required). <br /> 9.0 MEETINGS, HEARINGS, AND PROJECT COORDINATION <br /> This scope of work includes Consultant attendance at up to four project <br /> meetings/hearings (one kickoff meeting, one scoping meeting, two public hearings), and <br /> time for general project coordination. Phone and email communication will also be used <br /> to update the City on the progress of the environmental analysis and any outstanding <br /> issues to be resolved. <br /> 10.0 BUDGET <br /> The cost to complete the EIR process, as described above, is estimated not to exceed a <br /> maximum of $42,260.00, in accordance with the estimated budget provided below and <br /> attached fee schedule. All costs will be billed on a time and materials basis <br /> commensurate with work completed.
