Minute Order 10-102 <br /> Mr. Vorametsanti, Senior Civil Engineer, presented the report and he announced that this <br /> is being done in conjunction with the County of San Mateo. He made himself available for <br /> questions. <br /> Mayor Ira opened the Public Hearing. There was no comment. <br /> M/S Gee/Seybert to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br /> vote. <br /> M/S Foust/Pierce to approve the recommendations. Motion carried unanimously by <br /> electronic vote. <br /> 8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. City Council Members Reports of Conferences/Meetings Attended. <br /> Council Member Seybert spoke about HEART funds that are being given out to those in <br /> need and applied for home loan assistance. Council Member Gee attended the North Fair <br /> Oaks Community Plan — Community Workshop held Saturday, May 22"d. He said it was a <br /> success. Vice Mayor Aguirre attended the last C/CAG meeting and they asked for a letter <br /> of opposition to SB 920 much like C/CAG and she provided reasoning for this position. <br /> Vice Mayor Aguirre attended a meeting regarding the Governor's budget and it covered <br /> more bad news. Mayor Ira attended a seminar and he said that the schools will be hit even <br /> harder. He announced a meeting on June 7 due to a glitch in a publication. <br /> 9.
