In regards to calling of an emergency, he explained that the final certified <br /> report is due to the Board on October 10, 2010. He commented that if there are no <br /> issues with the report the emergency will be terminated at the October 11, 2010 <br /> meeting. <br /> 6. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. City Council Member Reports of Conference/Meeting. <br /> B. City Participation in Lawsuit Challenging Latest High-Speed Rail Authority EIR <br /> (Environmental Impact Report). Council Member Gee explained that the committee members have been very <br /> active with staff on this matter.
