He delineated the items before Council for consideration and noted that, if <br /> approved, would allow the sale of $8 million in bonds secured by the land in the One <br /> Marina Community Facilities District. He said there would be no general fund <br /> commitment from the city. <br /> A Council Member expressed pleasure that there will be 235 new homes, but also <br /> disappointment that there had been an opportunity for a greater number of new homes. <br /> She publicly thanked Mr. Powers, the developer, for his commitment to the community <br /> and that the city is getting some much-needed additional housing. <br /> M/S Gee/Aguirre to approve these items.
