Attachment A � <br /> o Ability to help students with homework in a way that helps students <br /> improve their learning <br /> o Cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs of the <br /> school population <br /> o Ability to successfully work with high needs students including <br /> special education students <br /> Evaluation <br /> o Participate in the District's after schoo/evaluation which may include the <br /> following: <br /> o Administration of pre and post student surveys <br /> o Provide a list of program attendees including names, student IDs, <br /> student program start and end dates, and the total number of days <br /> attended <br /> o Provide access to program participants for focus groups annually <br /> o Share any evaluation data that you collect to be included in the <br /> District-wide evaluation <br /> Fiscal/Adm in istrative <br /> o Track attendances daily using the RCSD system (Cityspan) and submit bi- <br /> annual attendance reports with invoices reflecting the eamed attendance <br /> reimbursement for that period. <br /> Partnership/Communication <br /> o Participate in quarterly collaborative after school provider meetings organized <br /> by the District <br /> o Work in partnership with site Principal and/or Community School Coordinator <br /> to develop, implement and evaluate program <br /> o Site Coordinator checks in weekly with Principal or Community School <br /> Coordinator either in person or by email <br /> o Site Coordinator provides monthly updated participant lists to Principal or <br /> Community School Coordinator <br /> o There is a structured system in place to share information about specific <br /> students and their needs, challenges and accomplishments <br /> o A referral process is in place that identifies students most in need and most <br /> appropriate for the program <br /> o Work in partnership with school to develop plans to modify programming as <br /> needed based on annual evaluation data <br /> School Expectations: <br /> o Provide student id numbers to provider for all students enrolled in the <br /> program <br /> o Make time available at appropriate meetings (staff, school site council, etc) to <br /> inform school of the program and facilitate communication <br /> 6/18/12 Page 2 of 3 <br />
