Pay contractor the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (�2,500.00) <br /> to be used for Biuegrass on Broadway Festival 2013 in Redwood City. <br /> 3. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is the performance of expert <br /> professionai services, and that in the performance thereof you shall be deemed <br /> an independent agent of the City. Services to be performed hereunder shall be <br /> deemed unique organfzational services, and you shall not assign, sublet, transfer <br /> or otherwise substitute your interest in this agreement or your obligations <br /> hereunder, without the prior written consent of the City. <br /> 4. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it shali bear aii costs of the two <br /> performances above the amount provided by the City of Redwood City as <br /> described in paragraph 2a. <br /> If the foregoing terms and conditions are acceptable to the Contractor, and the <br /> Contractor desires to contract for the funds herein described, kindiy have the original <br /> thereof executed and return the same to the City.
