The Engineering Division reviewed the P�anned Development Pfans and the Tentaiive <br /> � Subdivision Map for the subject subdivision, and we request the following items be <br /> �' included in the Conditions of Approval: Referenc�s are made throughout these Terms <br /> 8� Conditions to the C�ty's "Enginesring Standards' ("the Standards') adopted January <br /> 5, 1998. This thres volume set is available at the office of the City Engineer. <br /> A. SOII.S <br /> Soils reports shall be prepared and submitte�d to the Enginesring Division in <br /> accordance with the applicable paragraphs of Volume III Part II, of the <br /> Standards. <br /> B. GRADtNG <br /> 1, Grad� preparation of Rough Grading Plan and P1ot and Finish Grading <br /> Ptar�shall cAnfonn to Volume III Part 11 of the Standards. <br /> - 2. The developer shall provide dust control for the entire area at all times. The <br /> areas shall be sprinkJed as necessary to prevent dust nuisance. In the event <br /> the developef neglects to usa adequate measures to control dusi, the City <br /> shall take whatever measures are necessary to control dust and charge the <br /> cost to the developer. <br /> t <br />
