S41LS <br /> Soils reports shall be prepared and submitted to the Enginesring Division in <br /> accordance with the apQiicable paragraphs of Volume III Part II, of the <br /> Standards. <br /> B. GRADtNG <br /> 1, Gradingt preparation of Rough Grading Plan and P1ot and Finish Grading <br /> plar�shall cortform to Voiume III Part 11 of the Standards. <br /> . 2.
