Both, public and private streets st�atl be desig�ed� according to the <br /> � requirements of Part II) , Voiume III of the Standards, and in accordance with <br /> the applicabie Standard Details (Volume II). <br /> 2. The streets and parking plac�s (if any) adjacent to the streets within the <br /> subdivision shall be a private street system and it wiil be so designated on <br /> the final subdivision map. <br /> 3. Assurance shali be given by the developer to the City, in a form satisfactory <br /> to the City Attomey, that the vehicular circulation system shall remain <br /> irrevocably as "private streets°, and that the maintenance of sucti circulatiort� <br /> system, inciuding pavement, pavement maricings, traffic and strest signs, <br /> street lights, and accESSOries, storm drain system and accessories, shall be <br /> the responsibiiity of the Owners' Association. The City of Redwood City will <br /> s`� maintain the water lines to the water meters and the sanitary sewer force <br /> � main from the pump stations to the Marina Pump Station and the two onsite <br /> pump stations.The declaration of this requirement shall be made part of the <br /> Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. <br /> . The Private Strest System begins from the easterly projection of the northerly <br /> right-of-way line of the one way road between Lots A 8� B. <br /> 4. The public street portion of Seaport 8oulevard and the existing road, <br /> � designated as "Frontage Road' shall be aiostructed and impro�ed to the <br /> satisfadion of Engineeri�g and Construction. The canstruciion of Seapo�t <br /> 8oulevard begin� approximately 200' west of the centeriine intersections of <br /> Se�poct Court and Seaport 8oulevard. <br /> D. STORIi�ORA1N- <br /> 1. The stonn drain system shall be designed in accarda�ce with Part V, Volume <br /> � III of the Standards and applicable Standard Detaiis (Voiume II). <br /> • 2.
