6.4.E. - Page 27 <br /> Exhibit "C" <br /> Compensation <br /> Consultant's Services related to the Redwood Creek Culvert Relocation Project set forth <br /> in Exhibit "A" are not to exceed $290,000, based on the Rate Schedule below. <br /> Consultant's Services related to the Block 2 Development Project set forth in Exhibit "B" <br /> are not to exceed $460,000, based on the Rate Schedule below. Notwithstanding the <br /> foregoing, Consultant shall inform the Community Development Director when the total <br /> amount of hourly fees charged for the Services related to the Block 2 Development <br /> Project has reached $30,000.
