6.4.E. - Page 26 <br /> 4.10.2 Assure that Developer's contractor(s) coordinates and <br /> completes all required code compliance inspections, field tests <br /> and sign-offs required by City and any other regulatory or <br /> testing and inspection firms/agencies. <br /> 4.10.3 Coordinate Developer's construction activities and master <br /> Project schedule. <br /> 4.10.4 Use best efforts to make jobsite alcohol and drug free. <br /> 5.0 CLOSE-OUT <br /> PROJECT MANAGER shall provide all services necessary for the successful <br /> close-out and issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to Developer in accordance with <br /> terms and conditions of DDA for the Project, including, without limitation, the following: <br /> 5.1 Prepare schedule of all closeout activities, checkout items, and check-off <br /> list, noting Developer requirements as set forth in DDA. <br /> 5.2 Prepare all necessary documentation for COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> DIRECTOR'S final acceptance of Project, DDA closeout, and final report. <br /> 5.3 Upon completion of construction of the Project, PROJECT MANAGER <br /> shall provide a written statement verifying to the COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR that, to the best of PROJECT MANAGER'S <br /> knowledge, the Project has been completed in accordance with the DDA. <br /> This verification does not relieve the Developer's responsibility to certify <br /> compliance or completion of the work in accordance with the DDA. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.097/VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> REV: 07-25-12 VR <br /> Page 22 of 23 <br />
