6.4.E. - Page 25 <br /> • submittals for project compliance, requests for equitable adjustments <br /> storage of materials and staging of construction. <br /> 4.2 Conduct weekly coordination meetings with the Developer to ensure <br /> satisfactory job progress. <br /> 4.3 Document all meetings and verbal directives and provide copies to <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR within five (5) working days. <br /> 4.4 Enforce Developer compliance with terms and conditions of DDA. <br /> 4.5 Receive and review all written requests from developer or construction <br /> contractors for additional time or money and make recommendations to <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR regarding same. <br /> 4.6 Advise COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR of the alleged <br /> unforeseen condition as soon as it is reported. Coordinate the timely <br /> exchange of information regarding the condition. When requested by <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, evaluate Developer's <br /> assertions of unforeseen conditions and provide a recommendation <br /> regarding resolution of same. <br /> 4.7 Document any observed safety violation, hazardous condition, or incident <br /> of bodily injury or property damage. Advise DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> and Developer of the observation on the same day it is noted in the daily <br /> log. Coordinate the timely exchange of information regarding the <br /> condition to avoid injury, damage, delays and resulting claims for <br /> additional time and costs. When requested by COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, evaluate Developer's refusal to comply with <br /> terms and conditions of the DDA and provide a recommendation regarding <br /> resolution of same. <br /> 4.8 Evaluate Project document changes issued by Developer's architect and <br /> make recommendations to the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> DIRECTOR for the appropriate directive to Developer. <br /> 4.9 On a monthly basis, monitor contractor and developer's schedule(s) and <br /> advise COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR of schedule impacts <br /> and deviations from terms and conditions of the DDA <br /> 4.10 Observation and monitoring of the construction contract consistent with <br /> the terms and conditions of the DDA <br /> 4.10.1 Attend Developer's construction contractor's field quality <br /> assurance inspection(s) and review, for compliance terms and <br /> conditions of the DDA. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.097/VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> REV: 07-25-12 VR <br /> Page 21 of 23 <br />
