BAAQMD has <br /> prepared a list of feasible construction dust control measures to reduce construction <br /> impacts to a level that is ]ess than significant. The following canstruction practices <br /> shall be imptemented during construction af the proposed project: <br /> • All exposed surfaces(e:g. parlcing areas, staging areas, soil piles, graded <br /> areas,and unpaved access roads}shall be watered two times per day. <br /> � All haul trucks transporting soil, sand, or other loose material o#�site shall be <br /> covered. <br /> • All visibEe mud or dirt track-out onto adjacent public roads sha12 be removed <br /> using wet power vacuum street sweepers at least once per day. The use of <br /> dry power sweeping is prohibited. <br /> • Sweep daily(r�vith water sweepers)all paved access roads, parking areas and <br /> staging areas at construc#ion sites. <br /> � All vehicle speeds or� unpaved roads shall be ]imi#ed to 15 mph. <br /> * AlI roadways, driveways, and sidewalks to be paved shall ba completed as <br /> soon as possible. <br /> • B�tilding pads shall be laid as soan as possib3e after grading unless seeding or <br /> soil binders are used. <br /> + Idling times shall be minimized either by shutting equipment off when nat in <br /> use or reducing the maximum idling time to five minutes (as rec�uired by the <br /> Cali�ornia airborne toxics control measure Title 13, 5ectian 2485 of <br /> California Code Regulations [CCR]).
