The number of trees adequate to co�n�ensate for the ]oss of the tree that is removed shall be determined by the Arborist. 6. All debris created as a result of any tree removal work shall be removad by the project applicant from the property within two weeks of debris creation, and such debris sha11 be properly disposed of by the applicant in accordance with al� applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. 7. [n the event that any ofthe existing trees do not survive within fve years after the subdivision completion and it is confirmed by a cartified arborist that the trees were damaged primarily due to construction impacts ofthe project,then the homeowners association shall be responsible to replace the damaged trees to the satisfaction of the City. 8. Prior to the commencement of any construction activity on the project site, the Arborist shall inspect the tree�rotection measures rec�uired to be in place before the start of construction to ensure that they have been completely and properly installed. 9. The Arborist shal] conduct period inspections throughout the construction on the site to verify that the tree protection measures outlined in the Tree Protection Plan are being followed. 10. Prior to the conveyance of any lot, and prior to the release of the subdivision financial guarantees, the Arborist shall inspect the indiviclual lot and the overal� project, respectively, to confirm that all tree protection measures, incl�ding any post construction requirements, such as aeration,mulch beds, and fertilization, have been satisfactori3y completed. 11. Root Pruning. During and upon campletion of any trenching/grading operation within a tree's dripline, shauld a�y roots greater than one inch (1") in diameter be damaged, broken ar severed, raot pruning to incIude flush ct�tting and sealing of expased roots should be accomplished under the supervision af a qualified Arborist to minimize root deterioratian beyond the soi! fine within twenty-four hours. 12. Aruning. Aruning of the foliar canopies to include removal of deadwood is recomrr�ended and shauld be initiated prior to construction aperations. Such pruning will �rovide any necessary eonstructian clearance, wi11 lessen the likelihaod or potential for littab br0akage, reduce `windsail' effect and provide an environment suitable far healthy and vigorous growth.
