Applicant shall enter into a Stprmwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br /> A�reement, in accordance with Pro�isian C.3.e of the NPDES permit, <br /> which agreement shall pro�ide, among other thing, that: <br /> (i} The applicant accepts responsibi�ity for the adequate installationl <br /> construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, and reporting of <br /> any on-site stormwater treatment measures being incarporated into <br /> the project until the responsibility is legally transferred to another <br /> enti�y; and <br /> (ii) The applicant pro�ides ar�d ensures legal access to the on-site <br /> starmwater treatment measures for representatives of the City, the <br /> local �ectar cantrol district, and staff of the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, San Francisco Region, for the purpose of verifying <br /> the implementa#ion, operation, and maintenance of the an-site <br /> stormwater treatmen# measures and taking correcti�e actian if <br /> necessary.
