The Plan shalF shaw Best Management Practices (BMPs) for storm water pollutian prevention. Additionally, the plan shall include specific provisions for the protection of the creek fram erosion, sediment, and constructian d�bris. All canstruction work in connectian with this project must conform ta the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. 37.Prior to commencing any work on the project, including demolitian or grading work, the ap�licant shall post at all entries to the project site in clear view of the �ublic right-of-way, a sign as required by RCMC Sectior� 2�.33 indicating the haurs of construction and limitations on construction noise. Additionally, the sign shall incfude a phone number of the applicant's designated contact for complaints about problems with the constructian activity. 38.The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of repairs to any improvements within the public right-af-way #hat are damaged during construction. The applicant shall submit documentation of the existing condition of Finger Avenue from the westerly extent of the project site to the intersection af Finger Avenue and EI Camino Reaf and the public improvements along the project's frontage, including but not limited to trees, tree grates, signs, light poles, drainage inlets, curbs, gutters, etc. to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to issuance of a gradir�g ar building permit. This survey shall �e submitted ta the City Engineer far review and approval. All damage shall be repaired to the satisfackion of the City E�gineer at no cost to the City prior to the release af subdivision securities. Notwithstanding for the foregoing, all damage that is a threat to public health or safety, as determined by the City �ngineer, shall be repaired immediately. 39.No materials or equipment shalf be stored on the improved por�ion of any public raadway at any time. 40.Priar to the end of each work day during construction, the contractor ar contractors shalf pick up and properly dispose of all litter resulting from or related to tYte project, whether located on the praperty, within the public rights- of�way, or properti�s of adjacent or nearby neighbors. 41.The �raject is subject to the impact fees which were in effect and applicable ta the project when the Vesting Tentati�e Map is submitted and found compl�te which include but are not limited to: traffic impact fees, school fees, water tr�atment fees, sewer fees, and parkland in-lieu fees.
