8.A. - Page 154 ATTACMMENT2 shall be paid at the time of issuance of building permits. The amount af the impact fees shall be determined at the time of paym�nt in accordance with the fee schedule ar method of calculation then in effect. �2.All of the condi#ions of appro�al shall be reproduced on the first page of the pfans submitted for demalition, grading ar building permits. Additional pages may be used if necessary. At least on� (1} copy af the stamped approved �lans, along with the Conditions of Approval, shall be available #or re�iaw at the job site at all times. 43.Applicant shall submit a Traffic Control Plan to the City Engineer far review and appra�al prior to commencing any work or� the project, including demalition or grading work, for cont�ol procedures d�ring the construction of the project. The Plan shall incfude at ieast the following: the raut�(s} that construction trucks shall use to access the property, identification of the access paint(s) to the site, aRy proposed staging area for trucks waiting to enter the site, traffc manag�ment for any work withir� the impraved portion of a public right-of-way, and any propased fraffic controls, such as the use of flag persans, to ensure #he safe entry and exit of trucks accessing the project site. Throughout the constructian period for the project, the appiicant must faithf�lly implement the approved Traffic Cantrol Plan. 44.Applicant shall, prior to comm�ncing any grading or buifding demolitian, consult with Co�nty Environmental Health and the Redwaod City Cammunity Development Department regarding vector controf to reduce the displacement af mice and rats from the praject site to adjacent praperties. The permittee shall carry out a program of vector reduction wi#hin 30 days of commencing constructior� activities. Additionally, the applicant shall distribute information to properties within 300 feet of the project sit� boundaries with information about what ta check to reduce the likelihood of vectors entering their property and buildings. 45.Applicant shall, priar to ihe issuance of any demolition, bui�ding, or grading permit, submit a canstruction staging plan for the review and appraval of the City Engir�eer and/or Chief Building Official or designee. The plan shall show where construction materials will be stockpiled prior to use, where construction debris wifl be collected, how frequently the debris will be removed, and where parkir�g will be pro�ided for construction equipment and construction workers. Construction activity on the project site shall be in compliance with the ap�raved construc�ion staging plan 46.The access roadway shall be constructed and the fire hydrant(s) installed, functional and found satisfactary by the Fire ❑epartment before any combustible building materiais are brought on site or before building inspection of the first building foundation, whichever occurs frst.
