The Plan Review Committee has also determined tat the roadway
meets emergency vehicle (public safety) and general circulation access
needs. The roadway exception wil! also not be injurious to other property in
the vicinity because its design is proportianally sized to #he small, nine-unit,
infill rsidential development rather than over sizedl excessie far its
intended purpose.
With this exception, the subdiider will be able to design a better subdivisian
(larger lots, increased setbacks, less impervious surfaces, rrmore on-site
trees saved, simplified/safer traffic pattern with the oneway roadway
canfguration that will include marked pavement for pedestrians and traffic
calming) and other improvements that would nat be detrimentaf to the public
welfare ar injurious to properties ir the icinity.
Sectian .
