8.A. - Page 169 <br /> ATTACHMEMT 3 <br /> 33.No improvement work shall be commenced until plans and specifications <br /> ha�e been appro�ed by the appropriate City official whose appro�al is <br /> required for the improvement work. Improvements shalf be installed in <br /> accordance with the appro�ed plans and specifications, to permanent line and <br /> grade, to the satisfacti�n of the City Engineer wha shall ha�e such wark <br /> inspec#ed. All work shall be subject to such inspections as the Ci#y Engineer <br /> deems necessary. All improvements shall compiy with the current design <br /> standards arrd th� standard specifications of the City in effect at the time of <br /> appro�a! o#the improvement plans unless exceptians have been granted. The <br /> b�rden of proof shall lie with the applicant to show, to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Engineer, that afternate designs, materials and specifications are equal <br /> to such standards or specifications. All grading andlar major �egetation <br /> removal in connection with the subdivision shall conform to the provisians of <br /> RCMC Section 3a.90. Prior to approval of the fmprovement plans, the <br /> applicant shall provide copies to the City Engineer of "will-serve" letters from <br /> ali utility companies that will pro�ide utilities ta the Project. <br /> 34.An Address Plan shalf be submitted for review and approval by the Chief <br /> Building OfFicial or designee prior to the issuance of building permits. If a <br /> name for #he private roadway is propased, it will be subject ta review and <br /> approval by the City Council in conjunction with action on the �inal Map. <br /> Plans submitted for building permits for each hause shall include the Iocatian <br /> of the property address posted on site. Numbers shall be illuminated, no less <br /> than four inches in height, and of a color contrasting with the backgraund <br /> calar of the surface on which they are attached. The location, size and calor <br /> shall allow clear visibility from the pu�lic str�et. <br /> 35.Applicant shall abtain coverage under tha General Constructian Acti�ity Starm <br /> Water Permit {General Canstruction Permit) issued �y the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB), file a notice of in#ent (N�f) with the <br /> SWRCB and pr�pare a stormwater pollutian prevention plan (SWPPP) far <br /> review and appro�al by the City's Engineering Di�ision. <br /> 36.Applicant shall comply with the requir�ments of Provision C.3 of the National <br /> Pollutant Discharge Elimination System {NPDES} permit issued to the San <br /> Mateo Countywide Clean Wafer Program. The applicant shal! submit with the <br /> a�plication for a building p�rmit (or other construction-refated permit) a <br /> campleted Construction-Permit-Phase Stormwater Supplemental Form to the <br /> Building Official. The Praject drawings submitted for the building permit {ar <br /> other constructio�-related permit) shalf contain a starmwat�r management <br /> plan, for re�iew and approval by the City's Enginesring Division, to manage <br /> stormwater run-off and to limit the discharge of pollutants in stormwater after <br /> construction of the Praject to the maximum extent practicable. <br /> a.
