Th� following additional information shall be submitted with the past- construction stormwater management plan: {i} Detailed hydraulic sizing calculatians for each stormwater treatment measure proposed; and (ii) Polfutar�t removal information demonstrating tl�at any proposed manufacture�l mechanical (i.e. non-landsca�e-based) stormwater treatment measure, when not used in combinatio� with a landscape-based treatment measure, is capabEe of remaving the range of pollutants typically removed by iandscape-based treatment measures and/or the range of pollutants expected to be generated by the Project. c. All proposed stormwater treatment measures shall incorporate appropriate planting materia�s for stormwater treatme�t (for landscape-based treatment measures} and shall be designed with considerations far vectorlmosquito controf. Proposed planting ma#erials for all proposed landscape�based stormwater treatment measures shafl be included on the landscape and irrigation plan for the Project. The applicant is not required to ir�clude on-site stvrmwater treatment measures in #he post-construction stormwater management plan if he or she secures ap�ro�a! from the City Engineer of an alternative proposaf that demanstrates compliance with the requirements af the Provision C.3 of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES} permit issued ta the San Mateo Countywide Clean Water Program. d.
